Graphic Packaging Corp. (NYSE: GPK) 22.7% HIGHER; Reports a Q1 loss of $0.16, 1 cent better than estimates. Net sales decreased 0.4% to $580.4 million during first quarter 2006, compared to first quarter 2005 net sales of $583.0 million.

Applied Films Corp. (Nasdaq: AFCO) 21.9% HIGHER; Applied Materials, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMAT) agrees to acquire AFCO for $28.50 per share, or about $464 million.

PeopleSupport Inc. (Nasdaq: PSPT) 20.2% HIGHER; Reports Q1 EPS of $0.15, 4 cents better than estimates.(0.11) Revenues were $23 million vs. $20.75 million consensus. Sees Q2 revs of $23.2-$24 million versus the consensus of $21.15 million. Sees FY revs of $94-$96 million versus the consensus of $86.9 million.

Hudson Highland Group Inc. (Nasdaq: HHGP) 19.9% LOWER; Reports Q1 loss of $0.24, 7 cents worse than estimates. Revenues were $344.7 million vs. $344.5 million consensus. Given the current economic environment, the company expects 2006 EBITDA as a percent of revenue to be 2.5 to 3.5%, constant currency revenue growth of 1 to 5%.

i2 Tech (Nasdaq: ITWO) 19% LOWER; Reports Q1 earnings of $0.21 per share, 2 cent worse than estimates. Revenues came in at $64 million vs. the consensus of $68.8 million. Sees FY06 EPS of $1.00-$1.20 versus the consensus of $1.17.

Rudolph Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: RTEC) is 18.9% HIGHER; The company reported Q1 EPS of $0.09, ex-items, 1 cent better than estimates.(0.08) Revenues were $31.8 million. Sees Q2 EPS of $0.17-$0.21 versus the consensus of $0.16.

Expeditors Int'l of Washington (Nasdaq: EXPD) 18.8% HIGHER; Reports Q1 EPS of $0.47, 8 cents better than estimates.(0.39) Revenues were $1.02 billion vs. $937.83 million consensus. Company authorized a 2-for-1 stock split and announces semi-annual cash dividend of $.22 per share, a 46% increase from last year.

Catalina Marketing (NYSE: POS) 18.1% HIGHER; Reports Q4 earnings of $0.51 per share, 13 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $125.9 million versus the consensus of $116.5 million.

Chicos FAS (NYSE: CHS) 17.45% LOWER; Comparable store sales increased 5.4% for the four-week period ended April 29, 2006, compared to the same four-week period last year. Wall Street was expecting a 7.8% increase.

Sea Containers Ltd. (NYSE: SCR.a) 15% HIGHER; Up again after yesterday's 22% move when Appaloosa Partners disclosed an 11.3% stake. The company also announced the decision in the arbitration relating to GE SeaCo.

Playboy Enterprises (NYSE: PLA) 14.75% LOWER; Reports Q1 EPS of $0.02, 11 cents worse than estimates. Revenues were $82.1 million vs. $84.74 million consensus. Company sees a loss for Q2 earnings vs. consensus of $0.16 profit. Company says it will miss full-year earnings estimates as well.

NPS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: NPSP) 20% LOWER; Reported strong Q1 results, but said the FDA proposed that NPS generate additional clinical data for PREOS in the form of a new clinical trial in order to address the hypercalcemia issue raised in the March approvable letter.

Allscripts Healthcare Solutions Inc. (Nasdaq: MDRX) 14% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.03, 11 cents better than estimates.(0.08) Revenues were a record $42.2 million vs. $33.56 million consensus.

PDL BioPharma Inc. (Nasdaq: PDLI) 12% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.02, 12 cents worse than estimates.(0.14) Revenues were $90.5 million vs. $103.25 million consensus. PDL anticipates total revenues for 2006 of between $400 million and $430 million. Current consensus is $429.16 million.

Brooks Automation Inc. (Nasdaq: BRKS) 9% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.22, 8 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $169.2 million vs. $156.74 million consensus. Sees Q3 revs of $170-$180 million versus the consensus of $156.74 million. Sees Q3 EPS of $0.23-$0.29 versus the consensus of $0.21. Sees 10Q Delay.

Blue Nile Inc. (Nasdaq: NILE) 8.7% HIGHER; reports Q1 earnings of $0.13 per share, 1 cent better than estimates. Revenues came in at $50.7 million versus the consensus of $49.3 million. Sees Q2 revs of $51-$54 million and EPS of $0.11-$0.12, with 3-4 cent opt expense, versus the consensus of $50.11 million and $0.13. Sees FY revs of $230-$245 million and FY EPS of $0.64-$0.72, with 14-16 cents opt expense, versus the consensus of $236.24 million and $0.69.

Genesis Microchip Inc. (Nasdaq: GNSS) 8.6% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.04, 1 cents worse than estimates. Revenues were $60.9 million vs. $60.47 million consensus. Sees Q1 revs of $55-$60M versus the consensus of $65.3M.

PW Eagle (Nasdaq: PWEI) 8% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $1.73, 67 cents better than estimates.(1.06) Revenues were $181.9 million vs. $182.58 million consensus.

iRobot Corp. (Nasdaq: IRBT) 7.9% HIGHER; reports Q1 loss of $0.12, 5 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $38.2 million versus the consensus of $31.12 million.

CB RICHARD ELLIS GROUP INC (NYSE: CBG) 7.8% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.52, 16 cents better than estimates.(0.36) Revenues were $680.1 million vs. $610.52 million consensus. Announces 3-for-1 stock split.

Kforce Inc. (Nasdaq: KFRC) 7% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.15, 2 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $222.3 million vs. $225.40 million consensus. Sees Q2 EPS of $0.19-$0.22, versus the consensus of $0.17. Sees Q2 revs of $230-$235 million versus the consensus of $236.3 million.

Adobe Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: ADBE) 6.7% LOWER; Believes it will achieve quarterly results toward the low end of the financial target ranges it provided on March 22, 2006. The Company's Q2 FY2006 target ranges are the following: revenue of $640 to $670 million; GAAP earnings per share of $0.18 to $0.21; non-GAAP earnings per share of $0.30 to $0.32; a GAAP operating margin of 22 to 24 percent; and a non-GAAP operating margin of 37 to 38 percent.

Enzon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ENZN) 6.4% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.18, ex-items. Revenues were $44.72 million vs. $42.90 million consensus.

OPEN SOLUTIONS INC (Nasdaq: OPEN) 5.8% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.16, 9 cents better than estimates.(0.07) Revenues were $66.7 million vs. $63.51 million consensus. Sees Q2 EPS between $0.20 - $0.22 vs. $0.20 consensus. Sees FY06 EPS between $1.02 - $1.07 vs. $0.91 consensus.

Symbol Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: SBL) 5.1% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.12, 4 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $445 million vs. $439.5 million consensus.

Macrovision Corp. (Nasdaq: MVSN) 5% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.25, 7 cents better than estimates.(0.18) Revenues were $57.0 million vs. $53.17 million consensus. Guides Above For Q2 and Full-Year

Gen-Probe Inc. (Nasdaq: GPRO) 4% HIGHER; reports Q1 GAPP EPS of $0.27, $0.33 Non-GAAP, versus the consensus of $0.22. Revenues were $86.26 million vs. $79.05 million consensus. Sees FY Non-GAAP EPS of $1.30-$1.35 and GAPP EPS of $0.98-$1.08 versus the consensus of $1.02.

WMS Industries Inc. (NYSE: WMS) 3.7% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.26, in-line with estimates.(0.26) Revenues were $110.7 million vs. $118.73 million consensus. WMS sees FY06 revenues between $450-455 million vs $463.23 million consensus.

Arctic Cat Inc. (Nasdaq: ACAT) INDICATED LOWER; said Q4 net sales are now estimated to be $153 million versus the company's earlier forecast of $160 million to $170 million. Net earnings for the quarter are estimated to range from a loss of $(0.03) to $(0.05) per diluted share, compared to prior guidance of earnings per diluted share between $0.09 and $0.13.
